3. To act as my attorney before all state and regional executive institutions: town halls, councils, Land Registry commissions, customs, according to Article 7 of the Customs Law, law courts, including to obtain criminal conviction certificates, the Department of Social Security, the Department of Health Security, to represent me before notaries, the Ministry of the Interior, the Bulgarian Post, and other courier services, the Bulgarian National Railways, for receiving on my behalf post and parcels as well as small packets, letters, and money transfers; to represent me before Bulgarian Telecomms, Globul, Mobicom, Mobil-Tel, and their representatives for signing, amending, editing, or terminating contracts, for receiving phone call statements, or using other company services, including installation and cancellation of phone lines, before V&K Water Suppliers, the National Electricity Supplier, “Elektrorazpredelenie” and “Elektrosnabdiavane” Electricity Suppliers; to represent me before insurance companies for taking out insurance policies for any kind of insurance, and to take loans as arranged according to already existing and also new insurance contracts, including the power to receive insurance compensation, due in relation to any insurance contract; to act as my attorney before any home or foreign natural or juristic person or state agency, to write and present on my behalf applications, to make contracts in relation to keeping my own property and personal interests, as well as legally signing these on my behalf, and also to present any documentation requested on my behalf.
4. As my attorney, to deposit and withdraw money, as well as to transfer money, as required, to my other accounts of the foreign currency accounts that I have in ExpressBank, Varna branch, and in Bulbank, Varna branch; to open other local or foreign currency accounts on my behalf, in any bank, and to carry out the above listed money operations, as well as closing bank accounts; to receive documentation and bank statements, in oral or written form, about the movement of money in my bank accounts.
